Don Máximo Diez Herrero
At the end of the 19th century, the property was remodeled by Don Joaguín Oceguera. Later it was acquired by the Bank of London and Mexico, who in 1932 sold it to Don Máximo Diez Herrero. The Normandie Building was inherited by Doña Ma. Guadalupe Diez González Cosio, who, upon her death, handed over the property to her son Don Agustín Máximo Arriaga Diez.
